1. Since your company sells through authorized dealers, how can I place an order?

2. How does our store (or company) become an Authorized Dealer?

This can usually be accomplished in a short amount of time. Please contact us as soon as possible so we may begin the process and obtain the appropriate documentation.

3. How do you calculate the engraving charges?

For all of our engraved gifts, engraving is included in the price shown on our wholesale price list. Additional charges are incurred for engraving the reverse sides or another placement on the same product.

4. What are your minimum order requirements?

For the vast majority of our engraved gifts, we have no minimum quantity or dollar requirements. For new jewelry orders for which a mold is necessary, we have a requirement of 12 units. For new accounts with licensing requirements, please call to discuss the applicable royalty issues.

5. What is your normal production time?

Engraving:
• 1-5 days for standard or repeat orders
• May be longer for new accounts with new artwork

Jewelry:
• Lavalieres in Sterling Silver and 10K are usually in stock for national groups
• Custom orders - average time is 2 to 4 weeks

6. What about art or setup charges?

We have no setup charges.
For most university products, no art charges will apply. For custom orders with special logo requirements, art charges may be necessary, depending on the quality of the artwork which is provided to us.

7. Does your company sell corporate and personal gifts?

Absolutely. Many of our products make an excellent choice for corporate gifts, corporate service awards, or the advertising specialty market. The same is true for birthday, wedding, anniversary and many other types of custom gifts. Monogrammed initials are also a favorite in personalized gifts.
